“I bought water butt accessories having bought from another company and getting the wrong item! The two things I ordered came very quickly and were just what I wanted. Great service. I would recommend this company.”

“First time I've used products from Original Organics and so far so good. The Porebright 10 serum has had a positive effect on the brightness and overall feel of my face and I'm gradually introducing the Regina C moisturiser. Would give them a very good but I'm waiting to see their effectiveness over time.”

“I bought the product on pre-order as there wasn't any in stock. On the order it said stock would be sent out on the allotted day. It didn't come out on that day and the email reply was a little blunt. But apart from that, all good and I now have a composter full of garden waste”

“I dug out a Junior version of their Wormery, which we bought some years ago and stopped using and started to use about three weeks ago. It's probably a bit slow getting going. It's in our garage which faces east so could be the cause but other than that seems to be OK. Very helpful customer services.”

“Bought a large hay soaker. First one delivered had a large split in bottom, which was replaced quickly, but damaged item was not collected so left for us to dispose of. Then tap leaked, a replacement was sent quickly. We found The fixings for the lid difficult to use and one has already broken!! It’s a shame that the design for the large soaker is not the same as the small one as that looks to be of better quality. However it does the job and having the drainage trays is it’s best asset. Good product for the price and customer service very good”
