“Ordered replacement slats, clips, chains & weights, goods arrived within 3 days of ordering. Only negative is the plastic chains are a bit tight to push on, but overall we are delighted with the service & quality”

“Ordering process was easy. Delivery was prompt. The blinds are excellent quality and fit perfectly. The only downside.. which is my fault entirely.. is that I thought they would be more transparent. I didnt read the description properly as thinking shear was more see through, in fact they are a fine opaque. As I said, my oversight, but cannot recommend the company and quality of the blinds enough.”

Sheer is a transparent fabric, however the amount you can see through the fabric can depend on the time of the day and year, and also the amount of sun that comes through the window. You will likely find that in the summer months the fabric is more transparent compared to the winter months. “Build quality - excellent Installation - simplicity itself Design and operation - aesthetically pleasing and smoothness of operation. Evidently designed to last and certainly non damaging to a tiled surface, we bought another in a different colour for our secondary bathroom and are just as pleased with the second unit as we were with the first.”

“Easy to order online, they let me know there was a delay due to printer issues without me having to chase them. Blinds arrived promptly and were lovely and fit perfectly. One little thing is the supplied screws were too large to fit into the brackets to attach to the wall, but I have plenty of screws to use instead so it wasnt an issue for me.”
