“Very, very pleased with my blinds. They look lovely in my kitchen, good quality and good price. I had a query with my order and had good service from Emily M. who resolved my issue with just the 1 phone call. Really good service, if I need blinds again I would definitely use Blinds Online again.”

“Price, product quality and customer support are what I'm rating as 5*. I don't want to ruin what I understand is a digital metric in measuring something so volatile as a CX data point like these sorts of surveys BUT...your instructions on how to install the products you deliver suck. Get this fixed when you have some spare time, please. I've spent hours on DIY-ing and could've used some useful YT video or detailed slide with the kind of steps and good-to-know tips for doing what I think now...yeah, I'm confident I can aim at contracting to install these blinds for others.”

“We wanted blinds that clipped into the window frame of our patio doors and roller blinds to match for a nearby window and an interior door. A local shop quoted around £900 but we got the whole lot for around £250 with Order Blinds Online. The quality of the material is excellent, and they look amazing. Fit and finish is perfect. The instructions were fairly simple to follow, although they could be a little more detailed if I was being really picky, but they still were up in about an hour for all 4 blinds. I'm very pleased with my purchase, I've already recommended the company to others looking for blinds, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if/when I need new blinds elsewhere in the house. Many thanks.”

“I have used Order Blinds several times and will continue to do so . I like to use them as they give great service and delivery times are quick considering the orders are made to measure . I find their prices to be very competitive too . I wouldn`t use any other company for our blinds .”

“The came fast (next day, if I recall correctly), slightly too fast for my move so they sat in the box for a week but when I did come the grip fit blinds fitted fast and were secure. Whilst its probably too early to say, I've had no problems with them for the last 9 days at least (touchwood) and they seem good quality.”

“Website easy to navigate. Samples and then order dispatched very quickly. Blinds were easy to fit and colour was true to website picturesand sample. Thermal roller blinds make huge difference to the temperature of the room in the evenings - money well spent. Would definitely use Order Blinds Online again.”
