“umm not really that happy has been couple of issues , Eg answers meaning the same but i got a fail n Ncs Card via oplex paid for but not arrived !!!”

“Oplex Careers make me happy because I can add each course I take to my CV. However, Oplex do not appear to have employed any proofreaders - there are so many spelling and proofing errors in this module that I have to read each slide two or three times, rewording as I go along - which detracts from the actual message I'm supposed to be absorbing. If you'd like my help with this, please let me know - I'll be only too happy to help!”

“It would have been useful to have had images that matched the text eg when mentioning types of brushes to use on certain dogs that here was an image of that brush rather than a white fluffy dog! Also there should have been some videos demonstrating grooming , cleaning ears etc. Danielle”

“Just finished the acupuncture course and towards the end of the course it basically states don't stick a needle in anyone your not trained but the description of the course it talks about needling people etc very frustrating and disappointing”

“Courses are easy and quick to access. Assessment via multi-choice checks your understanding as you go along. The standard of the English used in the coursework is poor and there are many errors. Often the slides do not make sense.”

“Increase number of courses with low price and give CPD, hard copy free.For non solicitors, as me, give the possibility with the certificate to practise in UK.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The CPD PDF Certificate comes free with every course, you can print this out yourself. Or, optionally you can order a hard copy certificate for £9.99. With regards to practising law in the UK you would to complete further studies with a legal practice course.

“I found the course interesting but felt disappointed with the support from Oplex. I sent an email requesting help with two of the modules that I was working on and they didn't respond to my message. I had to phone to find out the answer. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and she told me the the two modules didn't have answers, I told her that this wasn't explained in these modules.”

“It didn't , part of the course kept referring to pound then in the next line it became dollar , lots of references to examples below , but they couldn't be seen or accessed , overall not impressed”

“Not only was the course good value for money it was simple to access and you could go at your own pace. I completed my course within about four sittings. Thanks i now have a certificate and hopefully a better future.”

“Pity the charge for hard copy certificates but also they should let you download the course papers instead of persitently keeping it on computers but other than that they are just ok”

“Being an experienced elearning platform user for some years. Your elearning platform is not bad, however, a number of features need to be changed. This includes the following: 1. Advancing the presentation slides from one slide to the other needs to change so that the user has more control over there progress. 2.Having to wait for someone to email the student a link to download the pdf version of their certificate is absurd and unacceptableusing play should be changed. 3. Lack of bookmarking your learning is not good enough. The student may want to stop their learning after a few minutes/hours and be able to come back to the exact slide will be a needed feature. 4. Not being able to start the course immediately payment has been made would be welcome. 5. It would be nice to add audio to the presentation as some slides are very busy.”

“I completed a Level 3 First Aid Course that is CPD certified. The course was in the main part clear but could do with editing in several areas to improve the course with respect to the standard of English and I do question the accuracy and to up to dateness of the information given. I am being kind rating it 3 stars.”
