“The course material on the Counselling and Psychotherapy Course was excellent. However, the Final Assessment questions were all Psychology questions, none of which had been covered in the course.”

“The content of the course is basic but good, there are lots of things that you can learn. I did dog grooming and after doing the course I feel confident that I have learnt enough to bath and groom my dog properly. However when it comes to clipping a dog I do not feel that the course material is sufficient enough to try myself. I feel that somewhere in the course there should be a hands on session for clipping a dogs coat. From doing the course I have come to the conclusion that there is a great difference between grooming and clipping a dog.”

“I enjoyed doing the course and the course content is very interesting. When it came to the final test, which all the marks go on. I was not pleased. A lot of the questions in the final exam were guess work. In the answers, we had only to mark one answer, therefore in one question I got the answer right, but they marked me WRONG as there were two correct answers, they never mentioned to," tick two right answers" in this particular question. If they had marked me right, WHICH I WAS, it would have given me a distinction mark! I got 100% in my end of the 9 courses. I paied an extra £10 for a hard copy of my certificate thinking my 100% in my end of course tests, would be written or included on the certificate in some way. IT was not therefore I do not want the certificate, and wasted £10 which I cannot afford after buying the course.”
