“Although I enjoyed doing the course, I felt there were some confusing parts to the course, especially when some of the lines are described, it would help if there were pictures to point specifically to the line as there are so many on a hand. Maybe pictures of actual hands so that you can do a reading on them would be beneficial. It would take a lot of hands and practice to be able to do this accurately.”

“I am really enjoying the course content but. 1 Navigation to where I turned off halfway through a module is difficult it starts all at the beginning again 2. Some spelling mistakes lose the meaning of sentences”

“I like seeing the various courses you offer - being sent via email. I am unhappy that I have registered for a course - I registered on 21/08/17 and so far I still dont know how to begin this course. I dont know if I missed an email, however, I registered my voucher code again this morning so hopefully I will get some instruction as to how to begin. I have already lost a few weeks I could have been working on this.”

“Contained useful references to Ofsted criteria and relevant research. However the information slides need a thorough editing:there were typos, references to material not available e.g. see table below (there wasn't one) and the use of bullet points in some instances causes confusion. Final questions were difficult to understand as they were all written in negatives and some did not make sense. Course content was useful but I recommend Oplex Careers employs a proof reader before publishing these courses.”

“Easy to purchase and a wide variety of courses to chose from. However, I am having problems getting hold of my certificate. It was supposed to be sent via email within 3 days but a week later and one email later and I still have heard nothing which is not great when I need this certificate for my work”

“Good course presentation and nice to go at your own pace, but could do with a download option for course slides content, so that you can continue to study / look back when not logged into the internet or need to refresh your memory in a few months / years time after you did the course. I did ask the support line, but didn't get a reply. Good price for the course, just a pity the "sale end date" keeps changing as the current date changes, suggesting that the sale price is the actual price and no saving is actually made. Contact details could be better when you're logged into your account, such as an option to email tutor or support directly if required. Still enjoyed the course and now signed up for another one.”

“The courses were ok, basically just read through, then answer the questions. However, the final exam questions are not mentioned in those modules that I have read. I wrote an question to the tutor, there is NO reply. so nobody can help. Anyway, I have passed the exam, but there is nothing to confirm or mark down that you have passed the final exam, what will happen next, nothing for me. On the site it does say 5 working days to email the certificate once you have passed. Well, Lets hope...”

“I enjoyed the course content and found it very interesting. I like the layout and found it easy to use. However I was disappointed to find so many spelling errors throughout the slides. In some cases the incorrect word completely was used.”
