“In common with other courses the teaching numeracy course is concise and well explained but the final assessment has one or two questions that have been set to give the wrong answers . In this course as at 31/5/17 here they are the questions relating to the number of intelligences Gardner proposed (8, not 7) and the SATS testing key stages 1 and 2, not key stage 3 . This course like other ones has not been entirely checked but nonetheless is quite good.”

“The course content was ok although I was slightly underwhelmed. The actual written booklet had many typos and errors. However the fact that it was only £29 it wasn't bad.”

“The courses I have completed have been very knowledgeable, I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning. The only concern is that I had a query with regards to a quiz question and I never even received a response ! I am therefore worried that if I did decide to try more courses and I needed any help I might not receive it.”

“At first I had some trouble with my course not being there when I logged in I emailed the support team and 2 days later I had a response I logged in and my course was there ready for me to get started. The next day I logged in and my module wouldn't Load up so I still haven't got started a little upset but never mind I shall crack on with it now. Thank you.”

“I've written a couple of emails to tech support and the complaints department with my problem, but not heard back from either so now I'm leaving a review. The BSL Beginners and Advanced course, aside from having slides that don't always show the sign you're meant to be learning, seem to have a glitch where if you need to sign out and then return to the course at a later time, then the course material just won't load and will sit buffering continuously whether you refresh the page or log back out and in again. I'm actually sat staring at a loading page which has been loading for 25 minutes now. I've missed out on at least 15 slides of information I've paid for. This has happened on at least four of the units between the two so far.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are having technical difficulties - we ten to recommend an updated version of Firefox or Google Chrome as the browsers to access the learning materials. Simply as these tend to be the most efficient for loading materials. Our team have now replied to you, so do check your emails for a more detailed response. “The tax accounting course was easy to understand and follow. However, the format of the course is just slideshows which gets tedious. There were numerous typos in the course and some of the end of module and final exam questions were about the 2013/2014 tax year but the course is about the 2016/2017 tax year therefore those questions were not related to the course material. This was a major downfall of the course and I am not sure that I would want to risk taking another course with this company in case this happens again.”

“It wasn't clear before I purchased the course that it was only an award and not a qualification. Also it only took me 4 hours of work to complete and gain a higher distinction, rather than the 80 recommended.”

“Course content is easy to understand 90% of the time some time thought despite reading several time I have to guess work. What need improving it the fact you can't download the course on your PC and I would not like to print all this paper.”

“Some useful points learned to apply in my job, would make me happier in the dog behaviour course if there wasn't so many grammatical errors and obvious errors such as talking about a dog with hip dyslexia instead of hip dysplasia. If I had paid full price for this course I would have been very disappointed.”

“Oplex Careers make me happy because I can add each course I take to my CV. However, Oplex do not appear to have employed any proofreaders - there are so many spelling and proofing errors in this module that I have to read each slide two or three times, rewording as I go along - which detracts from the actual message I'm supposed to be absorbing. If you'd like my help with this, please let me know - I'll be only too happy to help!”
