I bought up to Level 5, and when I wanted to take it further and become an Interpreter, I realised these qualifications aren’t recognised by the examination bodies (Signature and IBSL)

I am very disappointed and would like a refund. This site is no good to me as cannot gain access and u do no seem inclined to solve that so refund me and stop wasting my time.

I ordered a GCSE Maths past papers course for 12:95 reduced from 90 pounds which was simple. When I opened the course it appears there are just a few past papers and answer sheets. I wrote to Oplex asking if I had not received the correct package but heard no more so I called them. The gentleman was very polite but I am still waiting to hear from them. Dissapointed customer.

I purchased my certificate hard copy. It said it would ship in 3 days. I have only received my confirmation of purchase on the date I purchased it. The money has been taken out of my account but I have not heard anything else about my order.

Still haven't received my course since 02 August. Contact their customer service numerous times. Still nothing. Quite disappointed.

I have paid for a lot of courses. Someof which expired before I completed them, however, there is not always a reminder sent out to notify you that the course is about to expire. This is something that needs to be addressed and when notification is sent it should be for a period of longer than 4 days to give people a real chance of completing it rather than merely expecting them to pay for an extension. I bought the levels 2,3,4 bundle in TEFL. The problem is that when trying to get the certificates legalised, which nearly all countries require when teaching English abroad, it is not possible because of the words Foundation, Professional and Masters on the certificates. After contacting Oplex Customer Service they said that they cannot remove the words, so this makes the certificates worthless, an entire waste of time and money, !!!

The executive office skills course taught me precisely nothing. The course read like it had been auto-translated from another language and contained words that aren't in common usage in English prose, the grammar was appalling with plenty of spelling errors, and the content was longwinded and repetitive. The end of module questions frequently bore no relation to the content of the module. The final assessment contained duplicate questions which again didn't relate to the content of the course. I really thought I had been scammed due to the above mentioned issues and I didn't receive the certificate after completing the course, so I raised the issue with Paypal. Only then did Oplex respond and send me the certificate, presumably to prevent me from escalating the issue with Paypal and demanding a refund. To summarise: diabolically bad.

The materials (slides) were full of grammatical and structural mistakes, and the quality of the information overall was very limited and basic at best.

I bought the Maths GCSE Past Papers course. It says that you can do it online but you can't, you have to download and print PDF copies. The papers are not past GCSE ones, they are written by them and do not cover the complete GCSE. There are supposed to be tutor explanations and answer methods, this is a just a page of answers at least one of which is incorrect. Supposedly over 40 hours of learning, the two papers they give you take 3-4 hours. The Assessment tab says end of module test and a final assessment, neither of these exist so you cannot gain a certificate. I requested a refund as the course is completely different to what they claim but they refused as I had logged in to the course, how are you supposed to know it isn't what it says it is before you buy it? I am currently going through Paypal to get my money back as, by Distance Selling law, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days. I suggest everyone else does that so that they cannot get away with it anymore.

i bought a course called Tax Accounting Course through Reed.com, thinking it was a video lectures on the 13th March 2019 reduced from £299 to £19 pounds, sounds very good. however when i received my login details from Oplex, find out that this course is text and absolutely rubbish, i asked on the same day for refund, told by Oplex i will need to call Reed, called Reed and told me still within the 14 days i should get a refund. today this is what i got We have received the below dispute to your refund request from your course provider. Dispute reason: We are unable to refund this as you have accessed your student account in accordance to our terms and conditions. it seems that Oplex disparate to keep my money for something i am not going to even login again to their site. so be careful on what you buy and deal with such companies.
