“It's very badly written with plenty of USA references, a lot of repitiation, and is often difficult to even understand what it is saying. Half the course seems more aimed at pet owners than vet workers, and a lot of the information given is plain wrong. It's clearly never been read through or editted by the company, just been slapped together from different sources. And don't be surprised if the end-of-unit tests tell you the wrong answers are right. I tried to message Oplex about my course twice and never had a response. It is just about worth the £19 I paid, just to get a qualification at the end, as long as you don't need to actually learn anything. There is absolutely no way it's worth the £350 it claims to be worth.”

“7 days later and the course still isn’t available on my learning portal, emails about this been ignored! Really disappointed as I’m already half way through a course I purchased through them in April 2020! Only got the 1 star as it wouldn’t let me leave them blank!”

“I'm so disappointed by Oplex. I purchased 2 courses and only one appeared on my profile after several tries. The customer service is very poor. My second course didn't appear and also they didn't send me any email after i finish my first course. Very very disappointed. I will never use Oplex again.”

“Terrible course. Hard to understand as whoever wrote this does not know how to write proper grammar and confusing to read. Also there was no massage routine included. A complete rip off. Just consisted of information I could of got off of google myself.”

“I paid for a Paediatric first aid course on the 25th of April 2020, order number 231882 and I still can not gain access to it. I have already sent one email asking for help but I have had no reply except for this email asking me to write a review.”

“I’m really disappointed. I’ve used poles careers for years. I’ve sent loads of emails and called and no response as my course gets to slide 8 and won’t do more as it’s got stuck. Really not on.”

“The course content is decent but not something impressive. The whole procedure of purchasing the course is problematic, as the course I purhcased does not appear on my account. Moreover, I have purchased a course transctipt and they send me after the completion of course that I can purchase a course transcipt. They are totally amateurs.”

“Still waiting 4 days later for my certificate, I have sent numerous messages and not had a reply yet they are asking for my review so here is my review. Don't bother paying for any courses because it is pointless as you don't receive the certificate.”

“Not happy can’t get in course emailed about 12x and had no response. Signed up to 2 courses and brings me a page but no access to course been asking for help but go no where. Been waiting over wk now if nothing back I want full refund and will go some where else”
