“I tried to reset my password, which I did, I then got a message saying that the password change WAS SUCCESSFUL, but when I tried to log in using the new password, there was a message stating that I was trying an unrecognised password. Three times I have changed my password, received a message saying that the password was successful and three times the new password failed, and whilst I was in the middle of this rubbish, the support centre closed for the night. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!!!!!!”

“Very poor course for the price! I completed it in around 5-6 hours - no where near the 60 hours it states! There are free courses online that cover the course content! And then I had to pay £9.99 for the stamped certificate! Really not happy and will not be using again. And”

“Regarding: PECS training course. The course provides very little information about how to use the PECS system. It provides very little real information to the PECS practitioner. And, in addition, the grammar/ sentence construction used in the presentation is so appallingly bad, it makes using it almost no help in answering the unit questions. Considering the course I took was supposedly in English, it actually read like it has been translated by a program and then not checked afterwards by an English speaking professional. It was my first experience of OPLEX and it was shockingly disappointing. Awful, Awful, Awful! Its saving grace was at least it was cheap!”

“You have been so good until i payed for my course on suday until now i can not study it i have emailed over 7 emails leting you know that i can not open it to study you did not care you only care about the money not your students studing i will never do any course with you again and also i have a few friends that i got them to do some course with you they also stoped dealing with you after what you did to me so you deserve more than poor you deserved extra poor”

“After completing the Childhood depression course, I wanted to print off the course info to keep as a reference for my future use.....only to be told that students are blocked from downloading or printing off any course material! This is totally ridiculous as nobody can withhold all the course info in their head forever. The online chat person was like a robot and just kept repeating the same message all the time about students not allowed to download or print off course info! I feel really scammed and let down by this company and not spend a further penny with them. BEWARE and make sure you have an extremely good memory before undertaking anything with company!”

“Hi, I have just completed the level 4 HRM course which was probably worth what I paid, but definitely not the full price you advertised. However, I did the final exam yesterday and was horrified at the questions. They had nothing to do wth the course material, and did not even direct the student to material or explain what level of knowledge was required. The questions were incomprehensible in a lot of cases. I am also doing the level 5 one today, so I wait with baited breath to see what’s in that one! You are misleading people by doing this and dare I say perhaps collecting money under false pretences. I would appreciate an explanation as to how you write these courses, how the exam questions are set, what level they are taken from, what standing this course has and if you think there is any substance to my comments and your reasons why. I have done. Lot of study in my time, a law degree, graduate diplomas, certificates, short courses and my wife is a trained vocational trainer in Australia, nd she was horrified at the presentation also. “Just logged in to my account gone to my courses and it comes up with sample pages like mark as completed or next unit Haven’t even done anything yet and I’ve paid for this don’t want sample pages need the actual thing Not very happy. I’ve paid for this and would like a refund”
