“It would be beneficial to talk to somebody when I call your numerous numbers. It would be more use if you answered emails I've sent rather than ask for my review.”

“Pet First Aid and CPR is not written for the UK. I had to keep checking what the British equivalent of medication is, convert temperatures and weight. Some information is outdated and some is incorrect, which is really shocking for a course that is so important. Before I took the final test I had emailed them my complaint, but no one bothered to reply. I wouldn't recommend it.”

“Before My course time finished oplex careers need to send email to let me know that very soon the course will expire if they will do that then I don’t have to extend it again.They should remind me before it expires.Very shame”

“Minute Taking Training - one star as I couldn't give zero. This course is not worth the money or time. It states it will take 40 hours but I finished in less than one hour. The course is not interactive, it is simply reading short page after short page of text, with no videos or interesting images. While there is limited information for a real beginner, I don't feel I learned any of the 'skills' which were promised around producing minutes. Gems include - Barriers to Listening: being attracted to the speaker (seriously?), and the module on Note Taking which had nothing to do with minutes at all. The website states that this course was previously £199.99 which is an outrageous claim, I am angry that I paid the 'sale price' of £14.00.”
