“Great service to start but has slowly deteriorated. I purchased more courses which until getting onto your technicians didnt appear in my account. I have been working my way through courses and some of them say 'see diagram' and there isnt one. Also i feel some of the final assessment questions are actually wrong. I have also found modules repeating themselves with some facts and those facts being different to the first set of facts given. Doesn't really help when your doing a first aid course. Sorry but i dont think i would be recommending you.”

“I have completed 2 courses on Child Development and Teaching Assistant Level 2 and found them very informative. However I am currently working on the Higher level teaching assistant Level 4 course (HLTA) and it is taking me ages to get through it. The reason for this is because it is beset with so many grammatical errors which alters the sentences and meaning of what you are trying to digest, especially from module 4. If you need the services of a freelance proof reader, please get in touch with me as English is my speciality and I am re-training to be an English teacher. The course contents are very informative though and that is why I have given a 3 star rating. Get all your course contents proof read and you will start getting 5 star ratings, starting with me.”

“I find it too easy to pass and gain a certificate with higher distinction. If it wasn't multiple questions, just straight questions with no clues, I dont think I would get this high grade. Also with the BSL courses, we should be given video exam - how we talk in BSL not written down.”

“I've not enjoyed this most recent course, "Child Anxiety and Confidence" (Level 2) as much as the previous courses I have taken. This course seems to be pushing thespianism on me, and isn't really teaching me anything about child anxiety and confidence building that I don't know already. It's such a shame, as I've really enjoyed previous courses.”

“Completed two modules (which were fun to do) and paid for hard copy certificates but they still haven’t arrived despite saying they will be with me in 3 days.”

“The courses are very simple and quick. The only problem is that they are American and the sentence construction is different to the English.”

“Generally I was happy with the courses by now. Because of that I bought on 4th December 2018 the course relating to health and social work. I paid for it, but I did not receive the course by now.”

“I found the course very basic but this could be partly due to my qualification as a vet nurse. But, I also enjoyed the fact it was simple as I learnt a few good tips regarding wing injuries that I can use in practice. I do feel the course could contain more information regarding wildlife such as hedgehogs. Last if all, I found the course very American based so would be great to have more English wildlife laws and information”
