“I found the courses very informative. I preferred the course by the slide view, it was easier to absorb and more interesting. Some courses had a few pages of tiny text and this was very hard to read, even when printed out it was still difficult and slightly blurred, thankfully it was only 2 pages out of 60! Overall very good courses and my CV is now looking more interesting!”

“Equine nutrition L3 course was very well written and presented, assessments clear and the whole course very informative. Sadly I can’t say the same about the L3 Horse care course which was very poorly written, terrible assessment questions (incomplete questions in some cases which was just part of a sentence copied from the course text) so disappointing. Overall satisfied with Oplex as enjoying the Equine nutrition course so I do hope the next course I complete, is written and presented to this standard, otherwise I don’t think I’ll do any more.”

“The Animal Care course is good and covers a lot of information, but there are a lot of spelling errors in the text, which doesn't fill me with confidence. There are also no links to places where you can get further information about subjects covered in the course. There are very few relevant illustrations or diagrams in the content (mainly just generic pictures of animals); these would be especially useful in the anatomy and zoonotic diseases sections.”

“Paid for hard copy certificate not yet received it was a good course in parts but needed to go through more oils and have an accompanying book or manual I’m going to take the advanced aromatherapy for in depth knowledge”

“I applied for a course and didn't realize there was a deadline to finish the course and have just had to pay for an extension. I need unlimited learning as I'm doing 16 courses around mental health in adults and children to further my career as a phycologist/therapist”

“Quite a lot of the information wasnt relevent. There was quite a lot of mistakes in the statements ie Business travel no7 ssources Methods of payment 44/51 ban should be bank Network 26/51 alll Electric diary 36/51 presnetly Copyright 48/51 frmo I think if you were in a office environment this would not ne very progessional! Also not sure if this is a recognised qualification. Michelle”

“I was really disappointed with the grammatical errors throughout the slides - I found it frustrating & distracting as I progressed through the course. There was also an unrelated question in the final assessment that wasn’t related to this course & shouldn’t have been there! This course was about PTSD & not procurement...Actual content was ok, but I was left only half satisfied.”

“Every thing was ok until i ordered the certificate instead I received the transcript. I realized I made a mistake. This paper wasn’t hard copy and cost ten pound. The paper was a little bend through the post too. I messaged some one but they said they can’t replace it with the certificate. I had to pay another ten pound to get my certificate because i worked so hard for this course. I hope the certificate is a real hard copy not a piece of paper. Thanks. I am a little disappointed. I wanted to order more courses but I stopped for now. Naghmeh Mannani”

“The course itself is good and well explained. Sadly the answers to some questions were wrong and therefore, for the final test, gave me a wrong answer when it was correct. Ex: what is the percentage of profit if you buy something at £60 and sell it at £150. Your "correct" answer is 15% ( this can't be correct). Also if you have 4.5Kg how many grams would that be? your "correct" answer 45000g!? I have sent an email but still am waiting to hear.”
