“Units are not too long, course is easy to follow and the questions at the end are short and to the point. I like the fact that I get a certificate on completion.”

“Oplex courses help in maintaining old skills and also give an opportunity to add more to ones prospects. Great to get a taste for a career change in another area or simply to learn something for yourself.”

“I had issues concerning the animal care course that i emailed you about before. When i took the final assessment test two or three questions were repeated and there were a few questions regarding subjects that were not even covered in the course.. Ie. Animal wildlife, nursing and theatre nursing. This is impossible for you to get 100% in this test as like i said some of the questions asked, were not even mentioned once in the entire course. Very dissappointed with the whole course to be completley honest.”

“I thought the Autism Awareness. course was very good but was disappointed that the last few modules dwelled on Northern Ireland as regards organisations and government legislation regarding autism.”

“I bought my course, Autism awareness, at a special discounted price of £29.00. I found it easy to follow and found the content interesting on the whole, although some of the laws and benefits available to people with the condition are somewhat irrelevant and out of date. The most useful part of the course was education related as I am an art teacher living outside the UK. I sometimes have to deal with children with learning difficulties and found some good advice and sound explanation within the course material. When I had completed the course I paid for a hard copy of the certificate after achieving a higher distinction level. The certificate looks quite impressive and my boss was delighted that I had taken this professional development course when I told her about it. I would recommend it to educators.”

“I studied the Teaching Assistant course and the number of spelling and grammar errors in the material was appalling. I sent a complaint email directly to oplex and never got a reply. Also if you pay for a certificate you should still receive a PDF version of the certificate, which I never did. But since my emails had been ignored before I didn't even bother raising this as an issue. They are only interested when you're giving them money otherwise they don't care.”

“The course was very clearly set out in modules and easy to access. I'm unsure if the qualification is recognised (I did higher level teaching assistant ), but it was fun to complete and theory included at each modular stage.”

“I recently ,through unforeseen circumstances, had cause to defer my chosen course, being unable to fulfill it within the 1 year time limit imposed at the time of purchase. Oplex were understanding & efficient in allowing me ,for a small fee,to defer the course for a further year, without further questioning. Their speedy & much appreciated response to my situation gave me further faith in the Oplex organization, which l am happy to endorse & recommend to anyone.l look forward to undertaking my course in the near future”
