“Reasonable in terms of accessing the course and the course content. The review is not higher due to the ‘ Zen Desk’ approach that I encountered and had to navigate through for some considerable time. The paid certificate is very impressive and was delivered very swiftly.”

“I enrolled on the level 5 Health and Social care course as l wanted to continue my studies online with oplex carers gain a qualification for the level l have been working at for at least 3 years. I have worked up from levels 2, 3, 4 over the years and now completed 5 recently which has taken me 5 months. The course was easy to read through on my phone, take the end of unit tests, the mock and the final exam all on my phone. I opted to hand write out the course to help me remember. The course is open 12 months and you do have the option to extend it for a small fee should you need extra time. The pdf certificate is free to printout, l have always opted to have a hard copy as they look so professional. I would recommend this course as it was interesting and worth doing.
