“My certificate cane through sopping wet I complained and got no reply dog grooming certificate, the web site wiped what work I did and this was not fixed.”

“I must apologise for my earlier review about the failure of Oplex Careers to send me the login details for my Family History course as I did not take into account it being a weekend. I have today received all the information I need to access my course and the emails I have received from Oplex have been excellent. My apologies again to the Oplex team.”

“Booking courses is really easy on this system. One area that could be improved is the Live chat - I couldn't get a definitive answer to questions I asked. But the rest of system is excellent.”

“Much better than expected. I done the Mental health support worker course level 3 and the content was very good. Even after working 7 years in Mental health, I learned a lot of things. Although multiple choice exam, it wasn't easy.”

“Completed Bookkeeping level 3, passed but have been unable to receive pdf of certificate, contacted oplex via email numerous times, they just kept emailing the same email stating pdf attached but it never was. Now they have stopped answering my emails! Possibly a ploy to get people to purchase the certificate at £9.99. OK course, disappointing after service!”

“I have done three courses with Oplex and I used to think they were great but I may have been wrong! My first course on Animal Psychology was ok, the content was good (albeit, I dislike the slides and how you cannot download or print the slides). Then my second course, Animal care started off ok, but I find some of the slides didn't actually make sense. But they were minor details. The thing I cannot accept is that when I did the final assessment for the Animal care course, I was certain that a lot of the questions were unrelated to my course. But as I had started I guessed my way through it and passed. However, I am on my third course (which I had purchased all together before starting any of the courses) and the mock assessment is completely different to my course. I understand if there is a problem with the system and the questions are getting mixed up, but I have emailed Oplex twice and have not heard anything from them. It has been nearly two weeks, and I want to do the final test so I can put aside, but I do not want to fail it because of a stupid system error. It makes me feel like these courses are not legitimate and to be honest, in my mind, they have lost all credibility. Please respond to my query! Thank you!”

The positive is that you don't have to worry about being marked done, as you assessment will be checked over to ensure you receive the highest possible grade.
