“The service was very good ordering/accessing portal and paying for certificate however there were numerous spelling mistakes and sentences not making sense. I think the questions could have been more brain taxing with possible research required to add to a more higher level of understanding. It was fitting for the price though and as it is only CPD it gives a bit of insight to DVA but most of it felt common sense for me. Sorry it's not positive feedback but felt it was too easy.”

“I enjoyed doing the course but some of the contents in it are out of date. There are no Levels any more and in the SEN module the course made no mention of Education, Care and Health Plans that schools not contribute to. Also no mention of Provision Maps”

“The units were very well presented. The course was easy to access. The final test had questions not covered in the units, and there were no specification regarding doing additional research on the subject for the final test. However good standard of material and good service overall.”

“The purchase of the hard copy certificate went through very quickly and hopefully it will arrive just as prompt. Unfortunately I did not wish to purchase a hard copy as I was hoping to receive the PDF email of my certificate. I passed the final exam with high distinction some 2 weeks ago and to date still have not received the PDF. I have now sent numerous emails to support learning portal/Oplex but not one reply. The course content was very thorougher and interesting just disappointing to not receive the certificate as promised.”

“Although I have enjoyed my courses I totally disliked the layout of one of them. It was set out as more of a class training session - Power point is what I think it was.So as a single student it was quite annoying and made it a little more difficult to find where you were in a module if you wanted to backtrack on anything.
