“Good course for the teaching phonics course it was easy to understand and I enjoyed the online learning. Now I've got my CPD certificate I'm very impressed and looking to take the classroom behaviour course.”

“I found the course I did so easy to go through and it was easy to understand! It was jam packed with information and the mock test and final assessment were great! I have completed my final assessment and it said I had passed but it didn't tell me if I got a distinction/pass/merit etc and when I clicked finish at the end it just went straight off so do I just wait for a certificate to be emailed to me so I know I definitely passed it or do I have to do the final assessment again? I'm confused as the window congratulating me just went away after I clicked finish and I don't see any information of what will happen next”

“The courses were ok although they weren't quite what I had anticipated. I am still waiting for a hard copy of my certificate for the advanced Sen course as it had level 3 on it instead of level 4 . I sent an email to this effect but have only been able to download a puff version showing level 4. I would very much like to have a replacement certificate showing level4. Thank you”

“The course was very well written and informative, and serves as an all round baseline information package as to the history and current status of the mental health system. What really impresses me about Oplex is the certification - it has CPD recognition and therefore is worth doing. It is good that there is grading for how well you do in the exam - makes you really learn your subject. Further, I like the fact that I can buy a proper signed and stamped certificate for £9.99. How I hate self print pdf certificates - they look awful. So thumbs up to Oplex. This is my first course with Oplex, but they are now my no.1 training provider and I am already looking to do more courses. Highly recommended.”

“Courses are very comprehensive and easy to study. However, when doing the mock examination at the end and the actual exam there were too many questions for the time required. Would benefit more if the end exam was shorter. Some of the videos did not work and made it difficult to understand what the references in the text referred too. On the whole good value for money and nice not to have a set time limit - would certainly do more courses in the future.”

“The course and the questions themselves were great, passed with flying colours, but once I had completed it I wasn't emailed the pdf version of my certificate. This meant that I had to purchase the paper copy, it's been nearly two weeks and that hasn't arrived either. I also emailed them and they haven't gotten back to me. So at the moment I have passed the course, with no proof to show potential employees. Not good”

“I found some lacks in some chapter and other theme were a bit ripetitive. Then, there was the chance to listen everything, but mine it wasn t working, so I could just read it. For the rest, was interesting and helpful.”

“Although the course I studied was very easy to follow and understand, I would have expected my certificate which, you have to pay for in hard copy, to arrive in the 1-3 days as stated. I have been waiting over a week and still have not received my certificate.”
