“I bought two courses via this site and I'm not happy at all. They have not updated the basic informations as tax rates, minimum wage and much more! It is usless to learn all principles if they are out of date!”

“I bought the transcripts for the Child Care Level 4 almost one month ago but I have not received anything. My wife did it to for her course. Neither of us have. I am about to cancelled the payments as we have not got the purchases.”

“After paying for an extension to my course I was unable to log in to my account and could find no way to reset my account online. I contacted them via a contact us email service to ask for advice. This was over a week ago and I still have had no reply. Very unhappy as they were very quick to take my money”

“I did 3 courses and while the first 2 were fine the third was dreadful. It was rushed, full of errors, typos and sentences that were not structured to make sense. It was clear whoever wrote it had gone back on their sentence structure a lot and forgot to delete part of the old sentence, leaving half the course difficult to read due to the constant broken sentences. The exam itself even had multiple answers as the same or 2 answers sharing a line. The whole course felt rushed and very clearly hadn’t been proof read as there was massive grammatical errors throughout, this was also the most expensive of the 3 courses and the last I will be doing with Oplex.”
