I purchased the Estate Agency Training Course via a reseller, The Course Mix. I am shocked by how appalling it is. It is clearly written by somebody for whom English is not their first language and is almost incomprehensible as a result. It contains blatant errors, eg 'Law French' means 'death pledge' and muddles the UK and USA systems together. It seems to have been written 10 years ago (if the stats quoted are any indication). The first unit is badly structured and disjointed. I have asked for a refund. This course should be withdrawn.

The content was shocking. No practical training for minute taking whatsoever, just information on what minute taking is and why it’s used. Repetitive information, pulled straight from google. Terrible grammar, whole words missing. The whole course took 30 mins. The final questions, for example, were along these lines “ minute taking, helps a person become more organised, true or false. Absolute joke, shouldn’t be allowed to operate, I request a full refund please. Will be reporting to relevant awarding bodies.

I'm sorry to say that the course I purchased (eating disorders) only took me 3 hours to complete. The course information mentioned it could take up to 80 hours which was so far removed from the truth. I also found a number of grammatical mistakes throughout the course. To be honest, I felt like the course was a waste of money and time. I definitely won't be using Oplex Careers again.

Not happy at all! Will finish the course as I have paid for it now, but is completely useless to me, would not endorse this company or recommend to any of my peers

Very disappointed with the dog grooming course. Very poor, extremely slow moving slides with very basic content. Every click takes too long to move forwards and this is very frustrating. I have given up after three modules. Very unprofessional slides with spelling mistakes and errors. I expected a lot more, even for such a cheap reduced price.

Dear Oplex I am thoroughly disappointed in the BSL course level 3. I expected a live person in video format to show me the signs. It is very difficult for a complete novice to learn in this way. Not very helpful at all but I plan to complete the course of course! You did very badly this time. I have paid for my course and wanted to start but have been unable to. My password has not been accepted even though I have followed all instructions. I have been trying to call you but no one is picking up instead I have been left mobile for twenty minutes or more.

I'm unable to register for the course yet, because my password has been rejected several times, even though I have changed it several times. I've paid for the course but I can't access it. I studied the Property Development Level 3 Course (72 hours). I found the course to be fairly basic, many grammar mistakes and the final test to have many misleading questions. The time scale is untrue as you can read through the slides and complete the module multiple choice questions fairly quickly and pass. There was mention of a tutor and other online support, this was no where to be seen. The content is pretty vague and doest go into many things in too much detail. The fact that you have to pay £9.99 for your certificate is a joke. After completing with a 'Higher Distinction' I would label this course a waste of money

I selected the minute taking course as a refresher for a role. I had training many years ago but wanted to see what was new. I was extremely disappointed with the content. If I had paid full price I would have asked for my money back. There were spelling mistakes and no real learning. The course said 40 hours but I took less than 2 hours to complete. The only question I got wrong in the exam was based on how many things they had put in a list of requirements nothing to do with actual minute taking. A total waste of money.

I did a level 3 childcare course it were so simple and easy did it within 3 days there is no way u can complete a level 3 in 3 days and only complete 50 question wen u do a real qualification in childcare you have to do 3 assignment 1,000 worda on each one and 9 units and u get a year to complete not worth anything

Having ordered copies of a Certificate and Transcript for a course that I have recently completed in Residential Property Sales Level 3 course. I am most disappointed that I have not received the Certificate nor the Transcript that I ordered. I have not had any updates with regards to the order that I placed resulting in having to chase up my Certificate and Transcript. This is not my first time where I have encountered problems with this particular Department as this is the fourth online course that I have completed. Previously my certificates didn't arrive and when I finally received them after a few weeks had passed they arrived damaged. The courses that I have undertaken were absolutely brilliant and run smoothly but issuing of certification is a he problem. This has now put me off from undertaking any further online courses in the future.

It's very badly written with plenty of USA references, a lot of repitiation, and is often difficult to even understand what it is saying. Half the course seems more aimed at pet owners than vet workers, and a lot of the information given is plain wrong. It's clearly never been read through or editted by the company, just been slapped together from different sources. And don't be surprised if the end-of-unit tests tell you the wrong answers are right. I tried to message Oplex about my course twice and never had a response. It is just about worth the £19 I paid, just to get a qualification at the end, as long as you don't need to actually learn anything. There is absolutely no way it's worth the £350 it claims to be worth.

7 days later and the course still isn’t available on my learning portal, emails about this been ignored! Really disappointed as I’m already half way through a course I purchased through them in April 2020! Only got the 1 star as it wouldn’t let me leave them blank!
