“There were several errors on my first course (cat first aid), various slides said dog, not cat, it's obvious the dog course was altered to make a cat course. A couple of times it said see below or diagram or something (I can't remember now) but there was nothing. A couple slides also contradicted each other. There was also a lot of typos. Contacting support is a nightmare, I sent several messages before I received a reply. My second course was much better but some slides were repetitive and its obvious some content is dragged out to bulk the slides and make the unit longer. There were also a couple typos. The errors are unacceptable. You need to proof read the courses you are selling.”

“I emailed the support email address and have not received a response 2 weeks later. I have also now been waiting over 5 days for my letter and still have not received it despite customer services saying they had labelled it as urgent and that I would have it by 4pm Friday. It is currently holding up an application for a student work experience placement. I’ve been advised first that there was internet issues, then email issues. The course advertises 24 hr support however it’s over 2 weeks, very disappointing and I would like to receive my letter please!! Have chased it several times”

“The course was good and not too difficult, but the material was full of spelling and grammar mistakes. Also some of the information and screenshots were outdated and it wasn't always clear whether you were using the demo data or using your own. Also one of the exam questions just said 'Credit Note' with no clue what the answer should be. On the plus side I got all my log in details quickly and received my certificates within the allotted time frames”

“The course that I’ve taken was a bit challenging but with being focus I’ve finished successfully, customer service was good and I receive my certificate within 2 days after ordering.”

“I really enjoyed the course and thought the content was suitable for what I wanted to learn, the only comment that I would make is that I did notice quite alot of spelling mistakes throughout the course, and being that this was an 'admin/secretarial' course, I feel this needs to be addressed.”

“The content is readable and easy to understand. Final exam 50 questions in 1 hour. It was a bit hard but I did it :) I quickly finished the course and I am very happy. After completing the final exam I got a certificate.”

“Very pleased with my experience with you guys. I have encountered many grammatical errors, in some cases making sentences difficult to understand, but nevertheless I praise you. Access has been very quick and easy, I had my PDF Certification sent to me within a matter of hours only, and have now ordered my hard copy:). Hopefully I can use this qualification to my advantage.
