“No real issues. You did say the certificate would be emailed, it did not arrive. If you commit, then I would expect you to fulfil the commitment. There is a need to proof read the course material, lots of spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes.”

“The course was understandable and easy to go along with. You could do your work in your own time, and write notes as and when you wanted. You didn't have set times for your work and it was very flexible. Although, I did not receive tutor support with my course, this was stated but never received. And one of the questions on the final test did not make sense, and the answers were put in the wrong order.”

“It built my confidence! I studied hard and knowing that if you need a tutor or if you can retake the test you were able to. I work part time and was able to study and get 2 certificates while still being able to work. I’m taking 2 more courses and maybe even more after that. Thank you! Tina Bailey”

“I bought the TEFL professional course. It gives a small view of what to do as a teacher. There's no interactivity with other people and you get no help.”

“No support from tutor at all. I found 3 mistakes ( two in a quiz I was making ), tried to contract with anyone to report it but no one never get back to me.”

“I bought a Level 3 course and loved it that much I completed it straight away because it was to the point and fun to do. I loved it so much I bought the Level 5 in Health & Social Care which I am enjoying immensely.”

“From start to finish the process was simple, the course materials are easy to read and informative, I have completed two CPD courses and am currently studying s third. I would recommend Oplex for keeping up to date with your knowledge and adding extra skills to your CV Helen”

“Love I can access my course at anytime of day or night. Easy to use system. Friendly and quick replies. I’ve started a second course in Travel & Tourism Level 3 which will progress to a level 4. Very happy with the service so far to which I’ve recommend Oplex Careers to a friend. Awaiting my certificate in Writing Children’s Books. Going to apply for the student union card.”

“I have enjoyed all my courses and am currently doing another course which I am finding really interesting! However, I have noticed some spelling mistake in some of the power points apart from that I will continue to use Oplex Careers.”
