“I think you should write the modules and have the silver stamp on the certificate all in one then having separate ones it makes it easier and neater. I have done other courses and they have it all on one certificate.”

“I have completed one course easily and enjoyed it but I am now trying to complete the next and the text doesn't appear on the slides. I have contacted support on the website 3 times now, with no response and can't see any other way to contact them. Does anyone have any ideas?. Not impressed at the moment.”

“Complete and utter ignorance for reply’s, no PDF sent, also sent me someone else’s certificate. Still waiting on my 2 hard copies I paid for. Wouldn’t waste your time thinking it’s a genuine site.”

Hi Rianne, Sorry to here you have experienced bad service from us. We will do our best to work with you to resolve this situation. Your hard copy certificates were ordered on Saturday, our team will process this and send it to your address within 1-3 working days. Regarding your PDF I can indeed see that you have received an incorrect certificate, I will notify our certifications team now who will send you the correct PDF Certificate within the next few moments. I hope that helps this should all be sorted ASAP.
