“Riddled with spelling mistakes and feels a little fraudulent”

“I'm not happy, because I couldn't cancel the courses that I have purchased. I had to cancel it, because my manager told me that there are not formal certificates, then is not valid. I bought 3 courses, one of them I finished already but the others I need to cancel them and now I can't do it. That's is very bad. And also is unfair, because you think that there are formal certificates and there are not. I would not recommend buy here if you need a formal certificate.”

“It was easy to purchase the courses even for friends. However, I am failing to access my course now for 5 days. Order #417001 (14 June, 2018). Bought for Dalitso Misnde and Kelvin Msyali. Have contacted the support team but they are not fixing the problem. So help”
