They closed suddenly without notice while there's balance of 8000 dollars ! Now they don't allow trading or more than that, asking me to open a new account !! What about my money !!! I am currently working with   '' wikihelpdesks (At) gmal (dot) com "  for assistance  to help get my funds back

This item was purchased using a stolen debit card--*my* debit card. I tried to get you to stop the transaction and fulfillment. You failed to do that and shipped it out anyway. I tried to get the shipping company and the USPS to return it to you numerous times, but no one paid any attention to my desperate but pointless requests. Congratulations on helping a thief steal my hard-earned money for a lousy bag with some rich guy's initials on it.

My order OFV-5672 was for a LOUIS VUITTON Trocadero 30Shoulder Bag Brown Monogram PVC coated. The bag is brilliant, in very good condition, almost pristine. It’s one of my fave bags and as they don’t make it anymore it’s great to get one ion such good condition. But I do have an issue with the web ordering system and this is the second time this has happened to me and it is very annoying. The advertised price on the website was listed as £1,379. However when I clicked on “purchase” the price increased by £287, or the value of the VAT. In British retail VAT is typically included in the advertised price. Can you please include this tax in the advertised price so we will know the total amount we are being changed – BEFORE making the purchase?

Hi Stephen, Firstly thank you for your repeated orders. We are delighted you found a number of wonderful pre-loved pieces on Open for Vintage. As regards the tax at checkout, this is actually customs and duties not VAT. We sell on behalf of the best dealers all over the world. When you go to checkout you will be prompted to enter your address. Only when your address is entered can our checkout calculate the relevant import and customs duties. We actually do this to be upfront with customers. The alternative is to not charge these duties in which case you receive an unpleasant call from DHL on delivery looking for you to pay them. In almost all cases customers prefer to know at the time of purchase. I hope this explains why the process is as it is. Kind Regards OFV

If I had to give the wallet a rating, it would be 5 stars. The quality is even better than I thought it would be. Love it. I would also rate the customer service as 5 stars. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped because I was second guessing my decision to buy this color way. The item had already shipped but a nice person in customer service had reassured me that I could return the item once it arrived if I still wanted to do so and that she or someone else on the team could help me with the process. I fell in love with the wallet and kept it so no need to return. Rating DHL (shipping process) would be a 4 or maybe even a 3.5–but Open for vintage doesn’t really have control over this process. Updates were not always up-to-date and the delivery person said they couldn’t deliver it the first time because the doors to the apartment were locked (even though Delivery services have a code to enter for packages). I had to reschedule the delivery and it became a bit stressful. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Terrible experience. Ordered a bag on October 12th. Received a shipping notification for DHL on the 13th. Emailed and called several times when the bag was never picked up, got the runaround, and was eventually assured the purchase was confirmed by the partner boutique. SIX days later, they say the bag is now unavailable. No one ever confirmed with the partner. Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from a reputable retailer.
