“Everything from start to my beautiful new bag arriving was excellent. Open for Vintage were highly responsive and incredibly helpful in working out how best to pay for my item - helping me split across payment options. Having the duties and taxes, and shipping all included made it so much easier. My bag was then promptly shipped and arrived around 4 days earlier than estimated. I would 100% recommend and shop with them in the future.”

“Initially I was sceptical about using a site I hadn’t used before for such an expensive purchase, yet I had no need to worry! The service provided was second to none, I received regular email updates regarding my purchase and it’s delivery and when I received it; a mere 3 days after purchase, I became a very happy owner of a Tiffany necklace . I highly rate this site for both product and service”

“Surprisingly good. Shopped from a few pre-owned website before and there's always an issue with delivery and an authenticity concern. This website had live chat and were able to get the boutique that was selling the jewellery I wanted to answer of detailed questions. Delivery was free and DHL showed up on time. Would use again.”

“Poor communication, purchase took over 5 weeks to arrive, continuously had to be chased, duty wasn’t paid at first. Felt like once you had made the purchase they had washed their hands of what happened next as I had to do all the chasing. Will give the bag to the wife for her next Birthday or Xmas now!! Same as other reviews, was told coming from France and then seemed to have to come from Japan!”

“I am very pleased with my purchase. The condition was excellent and the delivery was on schedule but it was delivered two doors down from my house. I called DHL and the problem was corrected with in a couple of hours. I am still happy even with that minor mishap.”

“I recently purchased a vintage Hermès Kelly from Open For Vintage and the service from the team is hands down the best customer service I have ever received. From the outset Caitlin was there to answer all of my questions and was so quick to reply to my many emails, getting more pictures of the bag and answering any queries I had.
