If I had to give the wallet a rating, it would be 5 stars. The quality is even better than I thought it would be. Love it. I would also rate the customer service as 5 stars. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped because I was second guessing my decision to buy this color way. The item had already shipped but a nice person in customer service had reassured me that I could return the item once it arrived if I still wanted to do so and that she or someone else on the team could help me with the process. I fell in love with the wallet and kept it so no need to return. Rating DHL (shipping process) would be a 4 or maybe even a 3.5–but Open for vintage doesn’t really have control over this process. Updates were not always up-to-date and the delivery person said they couldn’t deliver it the first time because the doors to the apartment were locked (even though Delivery services have a code to enter for packages). I had to reschedule the delivery and it became a bit stressful. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Second time attempting to purchase this item - as the first time around the stock system failed and I was refunded. However second time around the product was delivered in good time

the bracelet was pretty - i was confused because i thought it was a ring - that was what i wanted and when I put ring into the fitler - this item was displayed. not exactly what i thought i ordered but it is pretty.

Didn’t know about this site before. I wanted to find a pair of Chanel earrings as a present. After searching online and comparing prices I chose to order on open for vintage. Good communication with them and my order arrived within a week and as shown. Happy with the result and will order again

Would have given excellent except I had to chase an update on the delivery several times before I got a response explain delay. Caitlin did an excellent job once she got involved and delivery followed promptly I was however told on 06 October that a promised discount refund had been sent but this has still not been received!!

Lovely item, great website. Although this was my very first purchase on OfV and I did order literally when we officially entered Brexit, I had the unfortunate event that my item was stopped at customs and DHL tried to request custom costs from me. (Did not have to pay!!! Price you see on webpage, is what you pay!) However CS is great and although it took a week of it being stuck at customs until I finally received it, I was happy in the end and immediately made another order which this time was not kept at customs as it was sorted immediately. Unfortunately the description of this bag was not absolutely accurate as it did have a rip in the zipper which was not described, however I did not send back as I can replace this without issue and for the vintage quality of this LV 80s keepall45 and the great condition otherwise, I was willing to keep and not return. Definitely can recommend! ✨

I purchased a handbag and was happy with the quality and price. The only negative was being hassled by the delivery company for the customs charges they had apparently paid on my behalf. The representative for OFV was extremely helpful at resolving the problem. I would definitely buy through Open For Vintage in the future.

Great customer service response from the first moment I enquired. Product was in exactly the same condition it was advertised, so very happy. One negative was that it got stuck at customs on entry because DHL were not given my contact details, so tracking just showed it as "stuck". So I had to make a few calls to see how to proceed. First time to do, so a bit nervous. But got it in the end!

Receive my parcel in good time just disappointed it cost me £124.00 on the shipping you did say it could cost a little extra but £124.00 was in my eyes over the top so because of that it’s taken the edge of your great service

Hi Steve, Thanks so much for your feedback. Customs are sometimes charged if you make a purchase from one of our boutique partners outside the EU. In this case, the cost of delivery from the boutique in the US was £15 and the rest was customs. We currently message if there are customs in the checkout, however we understand these fees are frustrating for customers and are launching a solution so this is included in the price very soon. When I first saw the purseI I wanted I had second thought about ordering because I never heard of Open For Vintage. After carefully reading the reviews, I ordered my purse. The process of ordering was simple and I received my purse before Christmas. I would have given 5 stars but the packaging could have been better. My LV purse was shipped in a brown paper bag :( Overall I"m so in love with my vintage Louis Vuitton :)

The Chanel bag I purchased is beautiful and in excellent condition. The photos on the website did not do the bag justice. I am very happy with the service I received from OfV, however, it would be helpful if it is made clearer that import tax may be due on items that are purchased from the website. Also, my bag could have been packaged better - the packaging consisted of bubble wrap but the bag should have at least been wrapped in tissue paper especially considering that it does not have a dust bag. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the customer service.
