“I ordered anthracite lights that turned up silver and even had silver written on the box. When I said the sent the wrong ones I had a reply say it’s the only colour they do. Then no reply since. Not a bad customer service just non existent.”

“Arrived on time, product is good but did not come with the stated one metre of cable which is one of the reasons I bought it. Only came with 40 mm of cable”

“I initially had problems with delivery dates and lack of follow up to emails however I then had contact with a lady named Catherine Smith at Lyco who resolved the issues I had had with Online lighting very quickly and much to my satisfaction. Based on this I would recommend Online lighting the products I have are looking as good as I imagined they would when up. In the end great proactive Customer Service.”
