“Initially very pleased with the lights so I ordered another set. Then 2 stopped working, think I had them 2 days! Emailed customer services who asked for a picture of the faulty lights, waiting on a response.”

“Efficient service from this company. Desk lamp and bulb ordered. Prompt arrival but bulb not suitable for the light which was dimmable so bulb flickered. Went back to Online Lighting who without any fuss, simply said they would dispatch a suitable bulb FOC, which turned up within 48 hours. In this age of online ordering and during the Covid period when life is already stressful, the company has been a pleasure to deal with and would strongly recommend for their good customer service”
