“I foudn the course very interesting and useful as the exercises consolidated the learning. I found it relaxing to be able to do the work on the assignments at my leisure and when I had the time. The assignments were very beneficial to the entire learning process. I really liked the flexibility of this course. It worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront. I thought the PDF document that followed each unit was very well detailed and supported the questions of the assignments very well. Also, I think the simplicity of this course and the way it was designed online really helped me process the information and maintain it. The assignments were standard in terms of the questions that had to be answered. Overall, I really enjoyed the course. I liked that everything was straightforward. There never was any confusion on assignments, which is always a plus with online courses. My tutor, Robyn was very quick to respond to any messages and provide feedback once I handed in my assignment. Robyn was great in assisting me when I had any questions or problems. She allowed me to be independent and accountable in my work whilst also providing helpful assistance and constructive feedback. She was a very competent tutor who was very concise and explained all concepts clearly and effectively. Therefore, I really enjoyed this course, and I appreciate the effort put into the course and the notes. I am also very grateful towards my tutor Robyn Jennings and the entire Online Learning College team. Thank you”

“I work full time so this was a great way to study and plan when I could fit time in to do the work. Found the support from the tutor did not suit me. I would use the chat but often the reply would come through a day or two later than you loose the thread of the question you asked”

“I found the OL college course a great way to learn, there was always plenty of support from my tutor, it was easy to use, great for your own paced learning and affordable. The course was set out really well, easy to follow and understand, it was easy to submit all my work and the tutor response was so quick.”

“I have all these assignments searched all website like Google, but All assignments are in my own words. I learnt many other things like demantia, safeguarding, Children support and health related. And ma'am, Alexis is very good teacher and tuter. She is very punctual. Her attitude is very good. I like her attitude. I enjoy this course. I am so excited for successfully completed the course. “- It takes a long time to get the certificate - each question needs a certain number of words to finish, a quite a lot of reference to support though it's just a certificate level of course”

Hi, Thank you for your review. It can take 6-12 weeks to receive your certificate once your course has been completed, which is due to your work having to be quality assured on completion of your course and certificates have to be issued to us from the awarding body. Kind regards OLC
