“Enrolling on the level 2 counselling course was very straightforward and I had access to the materials straight away. From what I can tell the course is laid out in a very easy to follow format and I am looking forward to commencing my studies. I've only given 4 stars rather than 5 as I havent done much of the course yet.”

“Completed the Health and Social Care Level CACHE Certificate. Although I wish that we had the option to call the tutors, my tutor in question, Alexis, was quite knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm now waiting for my certificate. May update depending on how long it takes for me to receive it (wrote this May 24, 2024).”

Certificates usually take around 6-12 weeks (sometimes quicker) to reach us from the Awarding Body, but as soon as we receive this we will be sure to contact you! “The feedback on the assessments was positive and helpful and the overall learning achieved through course I completed was in depth however the source material was sometimes basic with spelling errors. I personally would have benefited from reasonable deadlines for each assignment.”
