“I am very glad that I chose to enrol with the Online Learning College. I have truly enjoyed every aspect of my course and have found the support services to be excellent. “Many different tutors without any explanation. Messages not replied to for over a week if not more. Feedback not personal all just copied and pasted. Had to ask what happened once everything was completed as no one advised.”

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We do have substitute tutors, which will cover when we have staff on annual leave, this cannot be helped as staff are entitled to this. Our substitute tutors are highly qualified and experienced in the subject they are covering. After having a look into your account I can see that your assignments and messages were replied to in the timeframe that we set. We're really sorry that you felt we did not meet our usual standards while you studied with us and hope that you will consider us in the future. OLC
