“My telephone call was answered within a couple of minutes, which is really good, as when you breakdown you panic a bit. Someone on the way and reached me within the hour, brilliant. Got sorted. Many thanks. You are doing a fantastic job. Thank you EL6 and the other person on monday 4th May who also helped too, sorry your email went in to junk and got deleted, so I’m not sure of your ID,but thank you too. Mrs P Beard”

“The service was very good. Highfield Garage, the company who came out to me were pretty quick, very helpful and friendly. They weren't able to get me the battery I needed straight away, but got me home and came with a new battery the next day. My only complaint was lack of information. After I was sent a link to a website to register my need for assistance, I got no acknowledgement and has to ring back to check someone was coming and a timescale. Apart from that, excellent.”

“From breaking down i received a brilliant reassuring experience and within a short time Brad arrived to rescue me and my car home to Nottinghamshire. Brad explained what the problem could be and was very professional throughout so not all heroes ware capes Only downside was trying to provide a postcode at the end I pass through this area regularly I don't know postcodes but choose a nearby stately home and somehow it worked Brad located me easily”

“LP5 helped me resolve an issue with the one call portal which kept coming up with an error when I tried to register a breakdown on my vehicle. He sorted it out and dispatched recovery who arrived within an hour and jump started my flat battery on my car. Thank you to him and the breakdown truck operator.”

“Although I was at home when my car failed to start, the breakdown service still arrived fairly quickly. Fortunately it was just a flat battery but the breakdown engineer was very polite, pleasant and reassuring as he got my car started again.”

“Nightmare to get through as the number we needed urgently was not obvious. I was not sent the phone number to call back about the breakdown truck. Nightmare to phone around and find a garage. I was told possible 3 hour wait so signed up with the AA and cancelled the breakdown truck.”

“It was handled quickly and efficiently by the Onecall operator EL6 who sent a link to the portal. This was easy to complete. I was also very impressed by the quick response of the local breakdown service who arrived after a very short time and dealt with the wheel swap over in double quick time. Very impressive all round considering it was a Bank Holiday day too! Many thanks to all involved.”

“The guy that came out to fix my car was very professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. He took his time to do the job properly. He was also happy to explain anything I asked about. He was very kind in going with me to the garage at end of the road to help me get a new tyre, checking that it was good quality as it was a used one. Great service! Thank you.”

“Recovery service was a complete nightmare, but had the most incredible help from LP5 at Onecall. Reassuring, contacted Recovery company and did eventually get my car home for me. Extremely helpful, excellent communication, actually called me back! Thankyou Brad”

“Very quick service only took 20 mins for the recovery to arrive. Charged my dead battery. Had to call again as the car once again died. Found it a bit hard to find the correct number but once I did it only took about 45 mins for the recovery to arrive. The recovery then took me and my car home. Great service, first time I had to use them.”
