“I received a text informing me of approx time of arrival. I then received a text enabling me to track recovery vehicle . Both of which were helpful & reassuring. Recovery man arrived & after I told him my problem he said he would check battery, which was indeed flat . He started engine. Gave me sound advice on what to do next . I asked if he could suggest where I obtain new battery from . He was very polite & professional. I was really impressed how quickly car was sorted . Thank you so much for your help .Frist class service 👏”

“The time was good the but solutions extreme Flat tyre.. tow truck to nearest garage to be fixed!! Loads of on line mechanics can come to the problem and fix .. not suitable for 70+ mobility problems It’s not the most cost effective solution The truck that attended was dirty and unusable for a 70+with mobility issues.. so very uncomfortable to solve flat tyre problem but was sorted in a good frame so overall good result but stressful”

“Waited 2 hrs in the cold, had to call back twice.i was on my own with no heating due to car being stopped. The guys on the phone were excellent and when the guy arrived it was all fixed in 10 mins. But the tome waiting with no contact from anyone was very worrying and scary”

“Notifying of breakdown was easy. The guy was quite a bit longer than I was originally told but I was kept in the loop. Once help arrived problem was sorted in a few minutes. Overall a good experience.”

“Being an elderly, very deaf lady and on my own , I was very happy with the help I received. The man I spoke to on the phone was very patient, we had some internet problems and he helped me with very clear instructions . The young man that came to retrieve my car was just lovely, he made me feel at ease and was very helpful, when I bombarded him with questions of what I should do and what he thought the problem was. I am very grateful for the help I was given .”
