One Call Rescue 5 star review on 12th November 2024

“The breakdown truck arrived in less than 30 minutes and the mechanic was helpful, polite and very professional. My only niggle was with the call centre message which was far too long at a very frazzled time. Continually trying to point to the internet for a breakdown is plain ridiculous. Not everyone has internet access 24/7 and some people remain technophobes - particularly seniors”

“Great service. Recovery was literally so quick and the guy diagnosed the problem within minutes. Recovered my car to the garage explained what was wrong and even waited to make sure my car would be back on the road so I could drive it home.”

“A brilliantly fast and efficient service. Sunday morning breakdown, but attended by a mechanic within one hour. He magically diagnosed the fault, and reconnected the fuel return joint. His name is John, from MacAdams in Lancaster, Morecambe. He was brilliant. Thank you”

“A reasonably quick response from the third party recovery company. Having to report my breakdown via the portal is not what I expected & having to plot my location on a tiny map was quite stressful also having to pay a £20 fee before any recovery action was taken was a surprise, I suppose that was in the small print somewhere. Only having the option of being recovered a maximum of 10 miles from the breakdown location wasn’t helpful. So it’s a 3 star review from me.”
