“Called to report a breakdown, they were very helpful. When the recovery was going to be a long time, I re called them and they managed to get someone sooner. The breakdown person was extremely friendly and helpful. So although there was a time delay, the service was excellent.”

“A very pleasant and helpful man arrived promptly on the time I'd been given. After a quick check, he knew that the clutch had gone, so loaded it up on his trailer and took it to the garage I requested. Very quickly dealt with and a nice man too. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“I was able to easily log into the portal, report the breakdown and within a few short minutes was aware of when and who was coming to help. The breakdown company called soon after and arrived sooner than anticipated. I received service that was second to none - thank you!”

“I broke down in a car on my own. I rang the breakdown number but was then sent a link to submit my breakdown. I could not access the link or get a signal so was stranded. I had to ring again and demand that you sort the breakdown asap from the phone number as the police said if I don't get my car moved ASAP they will move it at a large cost. Once the caller activated my breakdown the recovering truck came within an hour and recovered me to my garage.”

“Easy to fill in questions on line had a text within minutes giving a arrival time within 2 hours mechanic arrived within half a hour got car going tested to make sure battery was charging and waited until we left to make sure we got off ok.”
