“The guys came out and sorted the breakdown OK but before anyone was even sent when asked did the van have ad blue in it and we said yes we was charged £60 extra even though the was not ad blue added to the petrol that was put in the diesel engine. I would appreciate if you could send back the £60 to our account?”

“The mechanic and breakdown service were excellent but I was supposed to get an update from One Call on his eta as he had a problem with one of the straps and had to go back to base to get it fixed so was delayed by 1 hour.”

“Appalling service from the agent who was expecting to email me a link so that I could arrange a garage to take my car....I explained that I was in a remote rural area without lights signal and I was on my own.i explained that the repair was basic but was told that you don't do roadside repairs. I was then told that I would be taken to the selected garage and left to get myself home despite my reiteration of my location with no station and a couple of hourly bus routes. I waited until 7pm after phoning at 3.30pm. The driver told me that he had only been given the job 45 mins earlier. I have full cover and this is my first call out and I wonder exactly what I am paying for. I will be joining the RAC immediately and would urge any other One Call breakdown customers to do the same. Utterly disgraceful.”

“This was just superb! I was on my way to the airport and my van became sick. The breakdown driver was there in just over an hour and got me to the airport on time and I managed to get my flight. Great service and very efficient :)”
