Very disappointed that my order never arrived. That's the second time this has happened and on both occasions the courier was blamed, and according to OPS this happens quite often so why are they still using Hermes? I have had a couple of orders and the sweets are always very good so if your order actually arrives then you won't be disappointed but I am reluctant to order more.
