“This is the second order that I have recieved where the box has been torn open and the contents missing, claw marks suggesting a rat, one who especially likes twirl bars.... I contacted One Pound Sweets and they said "hi seems this is the 2nd time this has happened to you so we recommend you dont order again or use the fastest delivery method so it is delivered by dpd we have forwarded this on to hermes again to investigate as clear an issue at your local depot order has been refunded today " I had used the next-day delivery and obviously, they say the courier has the issue, but apparently, I am no longer to order from them ?? I did receive a full refund for the products I ordered though so that was good. I would say be careful of the size of the chocolate bars or packets as at times they can be a lot smaller than you were expecting, so a word of caution to check what size you are paying for as smaller is sometimes why it's cheaper.”

“Wrong chocolate eggs sent Ordered Cadbury cream eggs but got cheaper kinder eggs. No kids to pass them to so waste of £20. No response from company so won’t use again”

“Wasn’t very impressed with the delivery time as I had paid £5. Customer service were not very helpful. Products were squashed into a small box and chocolate bars were out of date within 3 days of receiving. Very disappointed!!”

“The choice on the website was good but when my stuff arrived my block of chocolate was completely broken up and my chocolate cups were a but rough looking. As a first order it was enough to put me off ordering again unfortunately.”
