“I was a bit hasty reviewing as I was still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding an issue with my order. There seemed to be an issue with the payment service (simpler) so therefore my order wasn’t processed yet I’d been charged. As soon as I spoke to Binny at One Green Bottle they spent the weekend chasing up the issue to resolve it for me! My order is now on route and I am a very happy customer. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from OneGreenBottl I love their ethos and their products. I wish more big companies were truly committed to solving the ecologically destructive plastic problem!”

“I bought this bottle to use for hot water and really glad I did! Lovely simple design, keeps water warm for hours even when bottle is out in the cold whether. Completely plastic free packaging which is always a winner!”

“I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the bottles from One Green Bottle! I have x3 bottles now, all in various sizes and they are brilliant!! There's a great choice of beautiful colours to choose from; all of the bottles are very sturdy & keep my water lovely and cool. I always get lots of compliments about my bottles and I fully recommend One Green Bottle to everyone! 😊😊😊”

“Outstanding quality products and great prices. My first bottle is still going strong 6 years later. Only replaced the sports cap a couple of times. Clearly a very sustainable option!”

“Ordered a cap as I dropped my bottle at the gym abd the cap broke. Fits lovely and looks good. Also brought a loop so I can hold onto bottle so not to drop it again!!”

“Had a problem with a previous bottle cap I had ordered and had to order a replacement it was a Christmas discount of 20% off but the promotion didn’t work, when I explained what had happened with the bottle cap and discount offer the staff where quick and efficient with sorting my problem out and returning the money. The bottles are great, Can’t do without mine.”
