“Still stuck in the UK after more than a week, slow shipping for a hefty additional shipping price”

“I ordered a patterned thermal bottle, arrived really quickly, but the pattern on the bottle was stretched and distorted on the sides. If this has been explained on the website I probably wouldn’t have ordered that design. I emailed One Green Bottle, no understanding of my disappointment, just a ‘that’s how it is’ kind of answer. Won’t be buying again, won’t be recommending the product or customer service.”

Hi Ashley, Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear this, and if you felt our reply was unsatisfactory. As per our T&C's you can of course return items for a refund if you are not happy with them, as long as they are in an unused state and in original packaging. I hope this helps? Many thanks

“Website is so cool it’s almost impossible to navigate. Nothing so dull as logic. Couldn’t have purchased without help from someone who already had. (Also you can’t spell recommend.)”

“Package and delivery fine. But the “fits all classic bottles” cap that I bought does not fit our classic bottle. Useless to us.”
