What an miserable experience, be warned ‘4* Hotel and London Show’ is actually a hotel on the North Circular. In the suburbs. Cannot travel on public transport due to my friend having a life changing experience. Was told I had been ‘helped’ by being offered to upgrade by paying a further £189.00 extra to be in a hotel within walking distance of the show. Immediately let the Senior booking manager know the reason that this situation was impossible, but sadly no empathy was shown. So I have been told to give my experience to someone who can go. Therefore, I have lost £300 and it’s my friends 50th. Stay away from OMG hotels, shocking ‘customer service’, if you can call it that. Unkind.

Online crypto investment is not a hundred percent guarantee. I was so foolish to trust some brokers on Instagram they deceived me to invest with them to earn good profits but it was all lies. I am presently working with '' 'wikihelpdesks﹫gmail. com '' to help me recover my funds. Please stay away from this online stuff.

Would give zero of possible. I booked a voucher from The Activity Superstore after being given it as a gift for my birthday. I was then put in contact with OMGHotels to book our stay. I booked my experience on the 15th of May, and received an email from your partner agency, OMGHotels on the same day as confirmation of our stay. In their email, they started that we would receive the voucher for the hotel and tickets for the theatre ‘no later than 48 hours before your stay’. When I did not hear by the 4th, I began to query it and looked online to find multiple reviews from recent experiences stating they either did not receive their vouchers and tickets, or that they had found out their hotel had been cancelled. Here is a link to the reviews: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/omghotels.com On the email, it started ‘Please do not chase your vouchers, unless in the unlikely event you haven't received them 48 hours before your trip. We cannot assist you until this time.’ I contacted the company within 24 hours of the arrival date and received no response. I then decided to ring the hotel (Doubletree by Hilton London Excel) to see if they had a booking underneath my name or not. They confirmed over the phone that there had been a previous booking, but it had been cancelled on the 4th September by the same company that booked it. After speaking with the hotel, I then received the voucher from OMGHotels for our stay. However, when speaking with the hotel, they have no record of a room booked for today under my name. I do not feel safe travelling up to London, which is over 200 miles from my home, to wait and see if there is a room for me or not. At the time of writing, 12:36pm, we still have not received the tickets for the theatre. I made a complaint through Resolve, which the response from OMGHotels has been incredibly unhelpful. They have claimed to have sent the tickets and vouchers to us before our designated stay, so that there is no chance of a refund. Whilst they have sent the voucher for the hotel, this was less than 14 hours before our stay, significantly shorter than the 48 hours previously stated. We still have not received the tickets for the theatre show. They have not offered an apology or any understanding for the they have caused

Very helping booking agent prior to our stay and then the stay itself was fantastic, this came with tickets for Tina - A must see show and would watch it again

This year my husband and I wanted to celebrate our 30th anniversary with a special getaway. After some research, we came across OMGhotels and were impressed by their theatre breaks. We chose for a package that included a 4-star stay and tickets to see The Lion King at the theatre, which is one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The booking process was straight forward and we appreciated the clear descriptions of what was included. The confirmation was prompt, and all the details were clearly laid out, which gave us the peace of mind that our anniversary plans were set. Our agent who booked us in was brilliant too, so thank you Penny for everything. When we arrived at the Hilton, we were greeted warmly by the staff who congratulated us on our anniversary—a lovely touch that set the tone for our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and elegantly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable too so we had a great nights sleep, though we were also pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of fizz and a box of chocolates waiting for us, courtesy of the hotel, such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The highlight of our anniversary was undoubtedly the theatre experience. Seeing The Lion King was a dream come true. Both my husband and I love Disney so we were so looking forward to this. The seats we were given were fantastic, offering a perfect view of the stage. The production itself was breathtaking, with stunning visuals, impressive performances, and a captivating score. It was an emotional and exhilarating experience that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend OMGhotels to anyone looking to book a special occasion. We found them great value and the memories we made are priceless. We’re already looking forward to planning our next trip Thank you OMGhotels, our anniversary getaway exceeded all our expectations. It was a truly an unforgettable anniversary celebration!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Very disappointing service. We received a £150 Activity Superstore voucher as a gift and we decided to pay an extra £69 to obtain a theatre visit and over night stay. Therefore worth £219 in total. Upon exchanging this and trying to book with OMG Hotels we encountered a problem where the dates we wanted were not available and we were given the option to upgrade to a 4 star hotel and pay more. The hotels that were offered were all quite far from central London and it would have been cheaper for me to book myself. After lots of going back and forth as we wanted to exchange to voucher for something else we were advised that this was not possible as we had entered a contract with OMG hotels. So we spoke to OMG and asked if we could still have the theatre but instead of the hotel would they be able to offer us anything else. They cane back with a theatre and afternoon tea which we accepted. We gave them the dates we wanted and they said they would book it and vouchers would be received 48 hours prior to the date. So was booked 6 weeks in advance. We decided to book our own hotel as we got a better deal and one that was more central. Also upon reading reviews there seemed a common theme where people had problems so we didn’t want to be stranded. Our experience was booked for Friday 5th July (theatre) and Saturday 6th July (afternoon tea). I contacted OMG 48 hours before to ask about the vouchers for the weekend and was advised that the supplier sends tickets 24 hours prior so we would expect them on the Thursday evening. Thursday evening I receive an email from them to advise that our afternoon tea venue was closed for the dates we wanted and we could other go elsewhere or postpone our visit but it would not effect our theatre booking. As we had booked a hotel postponing wasn’t an option so we decided on another venue. Friday morning comes (the day of the theatre) and we still hadn’t received tickets so I tried to chat to an agent but no one available so sent a couple of emails. I finally get an email back to say my tickets would be with me by 1pm which is still time and they had an email outage so were behind on sending out. I didn’t believe this as surely if everything had been booked I would have received my tickets in advance. Why the delay?? Because they leave it until the last minute to get the cheapest tickets available and steal your money. When I’ve booked theatre tickets I receive them instantly and well in advance not 24 hours before. I also contacted our original afternoon tea as didn’t believe OMG venue and they confirmed they were not closed but bookings had to be made 72 hours in advance which this obviously had not been done despite it being booked in May. So OMG lied about that. Our theatre tickets were worth £22.50 each and afternoon tea £80 so £125 in total despite the value of our voucher being £219. As we decided not to go for the hotel option I stupidly thought we may have got better theatre seats to make up the value but that wasn’t the case. This was supposed to be a treat for our wedding anniversary which has caused a lot of stress and upset with me in tears. It would have been cheaper to book ourselves. My father in law who got us the original vouchers was also very upset and felt guilty that we have paid extra for an experience that was not worth the value leaving us out of pocket. I am extremely disappointed with the whole thing from start to finish and feel I should at least receive a refund for the extra £69 we paid as the experience was not worth it. Upon reading reviews there seem to be a lot of issues with OMG. As a customer I have not received the value and under the Consumer Rights Act the problem I have had with poor service and it not matching the description when sold. This has also now stopped me from buying any future goods from either Activity Superstore and definitely OMG Hotel along with any family members and friends as once you pass it over you don’t want to know as you have the money. OMG have been most unhelpful and have said we have booked and already had our theatre tickets and attraction and the booking was confirmed on a non-amendable non-refundable basis and all services have already taken place. They therefore not be issuing a credit note for this booking. PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS

Very poor customer service. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply. They can’t offer hardly any dates and just want extra money for upgrading. Hotels offered for an upgrade are either out of the way or expensive. Avoid at all costs and book directly as will be cheaper and less hassle. Do not buy vouchers as gifts for people as they trap you. You only hear from them when they think you are making a booking. Very disappointing!!! 😠

TERRIBLE UNRELIABLE ORGANISATION, AVOID My daughter bought me a "4 Overnight Stay & Theatre Package for Two" as a gift for a special birthday at a value of £279. In September 2023 I upgraded this at an additional cost of £99 to secure guaranteed stall seating at the theatre of my choice and a more conveniently located hotel to the ones being offered and made a booking for 16/17 February. I waited for my tickets to arrive "no later than 48 hours before the event, do not contact us if your tickets have not arrived before 48 hours". By 14 Feb I had not received the vouchers for the hotel nor the tickets for the theatre so I started chasing by email, website chat and phone (can't speak to anyone "this is an online company so we don't offer telephone support") but received no response so I started to think we had been scammed. At midday on 15 Feb (less than 24 hours from when we were due to leave home for our "treat" for which we were packed and ready to go, I received an email stating that due to an error the theatre had never been booked and was not available. They offered a different show, or re-booking at future date, or a refund for the theatre ticket but not the hotel. I was so disappointed and requested a refund for the entire cost as we did not wish to have the hotel stay without the theatre but they refused to do so. I had lost all faith in this company and did not wish to make any future booking or have anything further to do with them, but they are refusing to refund my almost £400 and have now stopped responding to my emails completely. They do not seem to have a proper Complaints Procedure or governing body to whom I can complain and I have no idea how I am going to get my money back. I am 72 years old and this has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety instead of providing me with an enjoyable birthday treat. Do not waste your money with this company, they are unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Waited to return home to write my review and everything was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Service from Frannie and Emily was great and our hotel and tickets to Lion King was spot on for our anniversary trip away. Extra thanks to Marvin at the Hilton too. Will book again. Thank you all.

AVOID! THEY CANCEL AND KEEP YOUR MONEY! We booked a theatre break with OMGHotels for my birthday. A few days before my husband rang the hotel, to be informed that the company had cancelled the booking. We then tried to contact OMG, we got a response to say a technical fault had caused this, and offered two ‘solutions’. We responded promptly and since then (about two weeks ago) we’ve heard nothing. We keep chasing, and nothing. We have paid to upgrade to take our child with us - over £200. NO REFUND. Keep chasing and no contact at all. I tried to contact the ops manager on LinkedIn - he blocked me. So my birthday weekend was ruined, they’ve kept the cash and they won’t make contact. Please don’t use them, their business is terribly run.

Brilliant service from Frannie who assisted through all stages of our trip. We had a great time and wanted to say a big thank you

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, offered to put my refund request through, to which I agreed. 3 weeks later and endless amounts of emails asking for an update, no update in 3 weeks let alone a refund, £189 down courtesy of OMG hotels!

I had been gifted an overnight hotel stay and theatre tickets experience for my 30th birthday, which I was very excited to use. We booked through the website as instructed and selected our preferred show, but were told this was now unavailable and we’d have to choose another from a revised list. We were given zero choice re which hotel we could stay at, and the hotel assigned to us was really tired and run down - it was also nowhere near the theatre. When I asked if we could have an alternative hotel, the response was along the lines of “you’ve booked peak time, this is your only option”. Then 24 hours before the show, we received our tickets. The seats were practically in the back row of the Gods and we may as well have been on the street outside; again we were not given any choice or notice re where our seats would be and when I emailed to have this changed, the response was essentially “sorry, nothing we can do, non refundable, tough luck” and my subsequent complaints and request for a full refund were totally ignored. In summary, my 30th birthday experience turned out to be a complete and utter disappointment. Will actively discourage anybody from using this company - their money is best spent anywhere else.

I booked the 2 night London stay with Lion King tickets in May for my partners birthday, 1 day before (August 6th) were due to leave on the train i recieved an email stating I’m writing with some unfortunate news that there was a mix up with your tickets and we didn't have them" I spent the whole night before we were due to leave searching for a Hotel and Lion King theatre tickets when we should have been relaxing. The only thing i was offered was to watch another show which was no good as we specifically wanted to see the Lion King. The option to go at a later date was useless as the train tickets were already purchased. All in all it cost me around £200 more than it should have just to go see the show due to booking everything 10 hours before we were due to leave. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and in return i was offered a £40 voucher as way of apology to use with them....... Needless to say i won't be using the voucher. I'd give zero stars if it was available.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a Theatre and Dining Experience for Two via Amazon as a birthday present for my wife. Whenever I tried to book the tickets on the website it didn't work and was impossible to complete. Then every email I sent was ignored or blocked, and they never answered the phone. Amazon have tried to contact them with no success. We have concluded that this is probably a scam. Avoid.

Penny was super helpful with all the infromation and also provided me with details of using the ungerground, as never been on a tube before. She booked us into the lovely Hilton in Kensington and the show was an easy short tube ride away. I will definitley be booking another theatre break again.
