“The bed is sturdy and easy to assemble. Only problem was it arrived in 2 different colours. The supplier doesn't check the colours before sending the cots out. Now dealing with a 2 toned cot 😜”

“I have not received my item yet, nor have I received any delivery information or tracking number so I can’t say I’ve had the best experience yet as I have no information as to when I will receive my order.”

As mentioned in our email correspondence, your item is being fulfilled as a dropship order. This means it is sent directly from the supplier rather than from our own warehouse. Because of this, tracking and delivery information is provided a little later in the process. “Got in contact to ask for item to be delivered instead of collection which I initially selected, and it was organised straight away for me and item was delivered the next day! Item as described, great quality and easy to install.”

“Great value for money, and looks good in front of the woodburner. Arrived very quickly too. Box said instructions were enclosed, but they weren’t. They were easy to find online, however. I recommend this product and company.”

“Great! I went in to collect my new buggy and at the same time asked for car seat fitting to he checked as baby had grown a lot and I wasn’t sure which inserts I should be using now. The girls were super lovely and helped adjust the fit so I could drive in confidence knowing he is safe! It’s such a lovely place to go knowing you can get what you need along with expert guidance if required.”

“The gate was a let down. Has soon has I’d got the gate where I wanted I went to open then close it and the little anchor at the bottom of the gate that’s supposed to hold it in place totally sheared off. So I removed the gate and tried to super glue the broken part in place, left it a good couple of hours then replaced the gate, again it just broke off after gently closing the gate. At this point I picked the broken part up and bind it. Then the top latch started sticking, when you open the gate the pin stays in till you squeeze the latch 2 or 3 times. So there you have it, you get what you pay for. Regards.”
