“I can't recommend solely on the basis of my experience with customer services. I received a defective babygate that would not latch. Fairly dangerous should that result in a child falling down the stairs! I provided clear photgraphic evidence of the fault. I was asked to self repair, which is a little much right out of the box. I had to persist in pointing out I am fully entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act at least 4 times before giving up and moving to a PayPal claim. Demonstrated a complete lack of awareness or unwillingness to undertake their responsibly for refund and return costs for defective goods. Absolutely made it difficult for me to exercise my consumer rights. I genuinely wonder what the outcome would be if I didn't have PayPal protection.”

“I ordered a car seat for my grandchild, I was in a rush and realised hours later that I'd made a mistake and ordered the wrong seat. I rang OliversBabyCare in a panic and had the most amazing and reassuring service. I can't emphasise enough how well staff handled the situation, they were efficient, kind and supportive in equal measure. I'd not used this business before but certainly would do so again and have no hesitation recommending it based on my own experience - I don't think I've ever had such good customer support before particularly as the problem was entirely down to me in the first place.”

“The bed is sturdy and easy to assemble. Only problem was it arrived in 2 different colours. The supplier doesn't check the colours before sending the cots out. Now dealing with a 2 toned cot 😜”

“I have not received my item yet, nor have I received any delivery information or tracking number so I can’t say I’ve had the best experience yet as I have no information as to when I will receive my order.”

“Great value for money, and looks good in front of the woodburner. Arrived very quickly too. Box said instructions were enclosed, but they weren’t. They were easy to find online, however. I recommend this product and company.”

“Great! I went in to collect my new buggy and at the same time asked for car seat fitting to he checked as baby had grown a lot and I wasn’t sure which inserts I should be using now. The girls were super lovely and helped adjust the fit so I could drive in confidence knowing he is safe! It’s such a lovely place to go knowing you can get what you need along with expert guidance if required.”
