“I was really disappointed with the returns policy, so expensive to post back wasn’t worth returning”

“The product i bought said delivery in 3-4 weeks which i thought was long but i really wanted the product. I rang at the 4 wk mark and asked when is it coming to which they said it was forward order (this was not specified on the product) and i should have been contacted re delivery (which i wasn't). Later on they updated the product page to forward order. Overall i waited over 2 months+ for the product, if they had the correct delivery times at time of purchase i wouldn't have bothered. Product was fine and service was fine when i reached out, but wouldn't trust delivery times on their website.”
