“The service is good and the product works well but I thought it was expensive, given it probably costs pennies to produce in China. I also thought the postage was high at £5 as this is usually what I would pay for high value items whose loss would be a problem.”

“Very bad experience as the item received was damaged during transit, we took clear pictures and shared with the customer care team as the dents and so many creases on the one side of the seat where the exterior box was damaged. Definitely this is either an used item or damaged during transit or storage. Since three days we last heard from them after that no reply from the customer team. Definitely we do not recommend this store to anyone.”
