We're sorry you've had this issue however, as per the terms and conditions, some payment methods do not allow for delivery to an alternative address to the billing. Unfortunately the payment option you chose, cannot be used for delivery to an alternative address. OliversBabyCare

“Ordered baby gates and a bed rail from Olivers. The baby gates I ordered went out of stock , Customer service were very apologetic and sent another (better) version in place at no extra cost and refunded my delivery fee so can't say fairer than that. Would use them again.”
