“The item was not received and their website had not given an indication of any delay. They did not let me know that the parcel had been delayed at Hermes, I had to contact the courier. I did get a reply after that from Oliver's saying they were going to look into where it was but they never got back to me, so I had to deal with Hermes myself.”

“Amazing service... ordered car seat on a thursday day time, selected standard delivery & was very happy & surprised when it turned up the following day... which was also Good Friday! Was not expecting that at all... we have 3 kids now & this is the first time we’ve ever come across Olivers... will definitely be using in the future!!”
