“Great price, quality item, quick delivery. I bought a travel bag for my pram as we always take it on holiday with us, but when we get back to the UK it sometimes gets left out in rain when taken off the plane and is unusable on the way home - this solves that issue!”

“The order wasn’t processed until I called but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and dealt with it promptly. Unfortunately the baby gate is not great as the latch keeps getting stuck open”

“The product listing specifically noted that the cost included a rain cover. Item arrived without a rain cover (essential for a buggy in the UK!), following which Oliver’s Babycare refused to either provide one, or refund the cost of purchasing one elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with this level of customer service for a company which services new parents, especially given the error lay on their side. We won’t be using this company again.”

“Well what can I say... this saved my sanity. I have a spinal fusion so little flexibility this has meant I can get my baby out from his cot without leaning in which is impossible. We also have it on 8 raiser cups which work well sat on the end of the bed. Also this cot is great for a early mover that hasn5 quite got balance yet and bangs heads in you typical cot. Wish I.bought in 1st place! Baby loves it and slept rele well since. :-) thumbs up from us!”

“Very good customer care when I called to enquire about only 2 of 3 parcels arriving. I called and explained the 3rd was inside one of the other boxes, which was good as saved unwanted packaging.”

“Erected as directions show with the tags in place, however, a big "Clunk" noise each time gate is opened. A little disappointed but too much hassle to ask for a return.”
