“I tried to order a snail 3 times it kept giving me an error by the time I did it the 4th time it went through and I forgot to change the colour to mint. I called and emailed to say please could I have the mint colour but the package had been sent out. It was within an hour of sending I got the response to say sorry it had been sent. So although the product is great all in all I probably won’t buy again as it was overall quite frustrating.”

“Delivery ok, some box damage, when checked, not affected contents. Feedback review on purchase needs to be shared with third party supplier as this was obvious and should never have passed quality control. Not sure why review asking about returns when decided not to return item.”

“3 delays with no communication until I enquired. Items I ordered were discontinued 2 months after I ordered but was still waiting to receive, had no choice but to accept alternatives. Parts were also missing from order and I’m still waiting for them to be sent out.”

“Unfortunately the wrong colour of pram system was delivered however I cannot fault the company's customer service. They fixed the problem quickly and without fuss. Extremely friendly manner too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them.”
