“Firstly i love the quality of the clothes the little touches make them have that special touch the homeware is so different and stylish. Just as important staff in my local store St Albans are so friendly helpful nothing is too much for them thst in itself means a lot. I find online easy as well plus get NHS discount helps out”

“My experience was excellent. Staff was very nice and and the online purchase was very good. But the quality of the products are the same as any cheap shop but 3 times more expensive even with a 50 % of discount.”

“Very lovely experience shopping at OB, came with my friend whilst catching up and we visited the store. We were greeted and asked how we were getting on. The staff are lovely and an excellent example of how OB culture should be. As an employee for OB it was lovely seeing that our customer service is at a high standard in all stores!”
