“Luckily I wasn't in a hurry for the item. It was being delivered by Evri. When I looked at the tracking it said it was sending my order back to the sender and they hadn't even tried delivering it to the collection place. I then got an email from Oliver Bonas saying sorry but could I confirm my home address. OB were not wanting to deliver to the collection point but only to my home. I also got an almost identical email from OB but with a different order number followed by another email saying it had been sent in error. Seems that more than one order had been sent back. Not sure if Evri's fault or OB. However I got it and I am pleased with the purse I ordered.”
